How long messages are counted
A long message is sent in parts, and each part costs one message.

A 200-character standard message uses 2 parts, so it costs 3c on Econet or Telecel and 3.4c on NetOne.
How topping up works
- Pay in USD with EcoCash or InnBucks.
- Pesepay's payment fee is added at checkout.
- A $10 top-up adds $10 to your balance.
- There's no minimum top-up.

- Why does the SMS bundle on my phone look cheaper?
- Phone bundles are made for personal texting. Ansa SMS sends a whole list from your organisation's name and gives you a delivery report for each message.
- What counts as undelivered?
- A message the network reports it couldn't deliver. You're charged only if the network charges for the message. If it doesn't, you pay nothing.
- Do you offer lower prices at high volume?
